COMBINATION DRYERS

This is the compressed air dryer system that works on a combination of low-pressure dew points and energy-saving functionalities. You can switch it off at intervals. The machinery is reliable and cost-saving, with compressed air between 2 to 150 m³/min.

CONTINOUS FERMENTING MACHINE

MINI TEA ROLLING MACHINE

Rolling machine is one of the dedicated machines requiredfor primary process in manufacturing Orthodox teas. It is suitable for both Green tea and Orthodox tea.

MYDDLETON STALK EXTRACTOR

Machine used to sort Orthodox tea is the Myddleton Stalk Extractor. The fibres of the tea stalk are separated prior to grading. The only tool that can distinguish stalks from bulk orthodox tea is the “Myddleton.” This device is frequently referred to as a “Myddleton Sorter.”

SORTING MACHINE

Automatic grain weighers provide a reliable, accurate and automatic method of weighing tea grain, fed from an elevator, conveyor, storage hopper or silo. Each completed weighing cycle is automatically recorded on an easily read counter.

VIBRO FLUID BED DRYER (VFBD) is highly efficient using latest UK technology fans and specially designed plenum with controlled velocity of air at all the point, improves high thermal efficiency and saves in fuel cost. The grid plate configuration is specially designed to produce denser, blacker, bloomier Teas with excellent liquoring properties. ADDISON CUTTING TOOL & CUTTER GRINDER

This is a versatile machine capable of sharpening a vast range of high-speed steel and carbide tipped tools-cylindrical cutters, side and face cutters involute gear convex and concave cutters, end mills and slot drills. Also grinds bevel lead angles of reamers and cutting face through the flutes of taps. With special attachments, which are optional equipment, it grinds drill points, tap leads and does radius grinding.
